By accessing or using TFD Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or sign in with an account provider.

TFD Hub is an independent community fan site for The First Descendant. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nexon.

Game names, images, icons, statistics and related assets belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify game content and support community build tools.

TFD Hub may include weapon builds, Descendant builds, profiles, guide tools, favorites, votes, public sharing, moderation tools, premium support, ads, creator live indicators and other community features.

Features, limits, roles, badges, visual effects, calculations, availability and user interface details may change over time, especially around release, patches, API changes and community feedback.

Some features require signing in with a supported provider such as Discord, Google, Twitch or YouTube. You are responsible for activity made through your TFD Hub account.

You may be able to link several providers to one TFD Hub account. Do not link an account you do not own or control.

If you believe your account is being misused, contact us through the TFD Hub Discord or Feedback link.

You are responsible for profile names, descriptions, images, banners, builds, guide text, tags, videos, links and any other content you publish, upload or save on TFD Hub.

Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, malicious, impersonating, infringing, misleading, spam, exploitative or privacy-invasive content.

By publishing or uploading content, you allow TFD Hub to store it, display it, format it, link to it, share it through public URLs, show it in previews and use it for normal site functionality.

Public builds and public profile information can be viewed by other users and may appear in discovery pages, profile previews, search, link previews or other public areas of the site.

Private or hidden features are designed for limited access, but no online sharing tool can guarantee absolute secrecy. Do not store sensitive personal information in builds, guides or profile fields.

TFD Hub may remove content, hide builds, restrict accounts, ban users, merge duplicate accounts, adjust roles or disable features when needed to protect the site, users, third-party rights or community quality.

Manual roles and badges may be used for moderation, testing, creator verification, language grouping or community recognition. They do not create a permanent entitlement unless explicitly described by TFD Hub.

Premium tiers are optional supporter subscriptions for site-specific roles, badges, ad-free access where available, build slot bonuses and current or future site features. They do not sell Nexon game assets or official game data.

Subscriptions may be monthly or yearly and may renew until canceled. If cancellation is available on the site, it normally schedules the subscription to end at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or applicable rules say otherwise.

Premium subscription roles and benefits are temporary while the subscription is active. Permanent badges, such as an early supporter badge when granted, may remain unless removed for abuse, error, fraud or moderation reasons.

Prices, benefits, role names, badges, build limits and ad behavior may evolve. Material changes will be reflected on the premium page or site UI when relevant.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe's checkout, payment, tax, receipt and subscription tools may apply in addition to these terms.

Refunds, billing corrections or payment disputes are handled case by case, subject to Stripe's processes and any applicable consumer or payment rules.

TFD Hub tries to keep calculations, game data, update summaries and build tools useful and accurate, but The First Descendant and its public data can change.

Values, images, names, availability, release data, live status and calculations may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Use TFD Hub as a community tool, not as an official source.

TFD Hub may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, ads, hosting, public game data, live creator information, social links and embedded or linked media.

We are not responsible for external services, external websites, their availability, their content or their own terms and privacy practices.

TFD Hub is provided as-is and as-available. It may be interrupted, updated, reset, limited, moved or discontinued.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TFD Hub is not liable for lost builds, unavailable features, incorrect values, external service issues, account provider issues, payment provider issues or indirect losses.

Feedback is welcome through the TFD Hub Discord or Feedback link. By sending feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the site without obligation or compensation.

These terms may be updated as the site evolves. Continued use of TFD Hub after changes means you accept the updated terms.
