TFD Hub is operated by KaiiZeR971. For privacy questions, deletion requests, account questions or content reports, use the official TFD Hub Discord server or the Feedback link available on the site.

When making a request, please include enough information to identify your TFD Hub account, linked sign-in provider, public profile, build or content concerned.

When you sign in or link an account, TFD Hub receives basic information from the provider you choose, such as the account identifier from that provider, display name, avatar, username, email address when provided, and other basic details needed to identify your account.

Supported providers may include Discord, Google, Twitch and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you authenticate with them.

TFD Hub stores information about linked accounts so you can sign in with more than one provider and so duplicate accounts can be resolved safely.

If you sign in with Google or link a YouTube account, TFD Hub may receive Google user data such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and YouTube channel identifier, title or image when you choose the YouTube connection.

TFD Hub uses Google user data only to let you sign in, link accounts, identify your TFD Hub profile, show the public creator information you choose to display, prevent account duplication and operate the features you request.

For users who link YouTube, TFD Hub may show a YouTube profile link. For verified content creators, popular builders, admins and the site creator, TFD Hub may also show the latest three public videos from that channel that appear to be related to The First Descendant. This creator video feature uses public YouTube channel and video information such as video title, URL, thumbnail and publication date.

TFD Hub does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, does not use it to train AI models, and does not share it except with service providers needed to operate, host, secure or support the site.

Sensitive data is protected with HTTPS/TLS in transit, provider OAuth protections, short-lived sign-in flows, access-limited server systems, environment-based secret storage, abuse prevention checks and moderation controls. OAuth access tokens used during sign-in or YouTube linking are used only for the requested account or channel check and are not shown publicly.

You can request deletion of Google-linked account data through the TFD Hub Discord or Feedback link. Some security, abuse-prevention or legal records may be kept when necessary.

TFD Hub may store profile name, description, language preference, roles, badges, profile image, banner image, linked social handles, pinned builds and moderation state.

Premium users and verified creators may upload or link profile images and banners. Uploaded files are checked by type and size, but you are responsible for having the right to use any image you upload or link.

Public profile information, public badges, public build activity, public builds, guide text, tags, votes, favorites counts and view counts may be visible to other users.

When you create or interact with builds, TFD Hub stores the build data, visibility setting, guide content, selected weapon or Descendant data, tags, timestamps, votes, favorites and related metrics needed for site features.

Technical information such as approximate request information, browser type, device information, cookies, sign-in session information, server activity records and error reports may be used to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, fix issues and understand whether the service is working correctly.

If a verified creator links a Twitch account or Twitch profile URL, TFD Hub may check public Twitch stream status to show a live badge.

This may include public stream title, channel, viewer count, game category, stream language and other public stream details needed to verify that the stream is related to The First Descendant and to display it in the correct site language.

Premium supporter subscriptions are processed by Stripe. TFD Hub does not store card numbers or card security codes.

TFD Hub may store the Stripe account and subscription references, premium tier, billing interval, next renewal or end date, cancellation state and scheduled changes so the site can display and apply premium benefits.

TFD Hub may use Google AdSense to display limited advertising. Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, similar tracking technologies, IP addresses or other identifiers to show, measure and protect ads.

Where required by law, users may be asked for consent for advertising cookies or local storage, and ad personalization may depend on the consent choices available for their region. Google may also require publishers serving ads to users in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland to use a Google-certified consent management platform.

TFD Hub uses data to provide accounts, save builds, display public profiles, manage roles and badges, count views, handle votes and favorites, process premium status, prevent abuse, moderate content and improve the site.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests such as security and site improvement, legal obligations, or consent where required.

TFD Hub does not sell personal data.

Data may be processed by service providers involved in hosting, storage, authentication, payments, advertising, moderation, support, analytics, security, email or similar operational needs.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on the provider's safeguards, contractual terms or other mechanisms available under applicable law.

TFD Hub keeps data for as long as needed to operate accounts, builds, moderation records, payment status, security records and community features.

Public content may remain visible until deleted by the user, removed by moderation or removed after a valid request. Some technical, payment, abuse-prevention or legal records may be retained for longer when necessary.

You can edit many profile details from your profile settings, unlink supported accounts when they are not the active sign-in method, cancel premium subscriptions from the site where available, and remove or edit your own builds where the feature exists.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data. Contact us through the TFD Hub Discord or Feedback link to make a request.

TFD Hub is intended for users who are old enough to use the sign-in providers and community features under their local rules. Do not provide personal information for someone else without permission.

Accounts or content may be restricted when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal reasons or community protection.

This policy may be updated as TFD Hub adds features, changes providers, changes monetization, adds account options or improves privacy and security controls.
