When you sign in, we receive basic account information from the authentication provider you choose, such as your account id, display name, avatar and, when provided by the provider, email address.

When you use the site, we store profile descriptions, builds, guide text, tags, visibility settings, votes, favorites and other actions needed to make the current features work.

We may also process technical information such as browser type, IP-derived request data, device information and server logs to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and debug issues.

We use data to provide accounts, save builds, display public profiles, count views, handle likes/dislikes, favorites and sharing links.

We may use aggregated or anonymous information to understand which features are used and to improve the site.

We do not sell personal data.

Public builds, public profile names, public profile descriptions and public build activity can be visible to other users. Private builds are intended to be accessible only through their direct link or to their creator, depending on the feature.

Do not include private personal information in build names, tags or guide text.

TFD Hub uses cookies or similar session storage required for sign-in, security and core site functionality.

Authentication is provided through third-party providers such as Discord, Google, Twitch or YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

If you choose a premium supporter tier, payment and subscription data is processed by Stripe. TFD Hub stores the Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and the active premium role needed to display your supporter status.

Do not send payment information directly through TFD Hub messages or public profile fields.

The TFD Hub Discord server is available through the Discord icon on the site or the Feedback link. Discord is an external service and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

The site may link to Nexon, The First Descendant or other external resources. We are not responsible for external sites.

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the site, maintain accounts and keep community features available.

This policy may be updated as new features are added, including future Descendant builds, additional profile options or premium site-only features.
